We strive to represent the true color and tone of our products on our website, but several factors can affect the visual presentation:
- The angle, lighting and other conditions during the photo shoot may alter the appearance of the colors.
- The color calibration of your computer or device screen can affect how the colors appear to you.
- For natural wood products, each piece of wood has unique grains, textures, patterns and slight color variations, making each item one-of-a-kind.
We highly recommend contacting us for actual photos of the product you are interested in. Before dispatching, we can also send you photos of the specific product for your approval. Rest assured, we will only proceed with shipping once the product meets your expectations and any specific requests have been addressed.
Beyond Indian Teak and Sheesham wood, we don’t limit our selection to specific wood types but rather focus on procuring wood based on quality.
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality products within our capabilities, and for that reason, we do not restrict ourselves to any particular wood type. By prioritizing quality over classification, we ensure that each product meets our high standards of craftsmanship and durability.
We do not use MDF or engineered wood in our products when "Natural Solid Wood" is clearly stated, unless specified otherwise.
With the exception of certain cases, such as upholstery, mirrors, plywood for beds and a few select products, we strive to use natural solid wood exclusively. Our commitment to quality ensures that whenever possible, natural solid wood is our material of choice for durability and authenticity.
While we offer Sheesham wood furniture, it is within a limited scope.
For custom products, we primarily use Teak wood or other selected solid woods. However, if additional time is allowed, we can accommodate specific requests for Sheesham wood to meet your needs.
We apply finishes such as lacquer and beeswax to achieve a natural wooden appearance.
For darker finishes, we use wood stains in various colors, enhancing the wood's beauty while allowing for a diverse range of tones.
We offer powder coating, which is commonly used in exports due to its superior durability compared to traditional paint.
This finishing technique provides a robust and long-lasting surface, ensuring that our products maintain their quality and appearance over time.
As we manufacture our products in-house, there is a high likelihood that we have the item in stock. However, due to certain delivery and assembly limitations, we may not be able to sell them directly.
For example, while we have expertise in packaging and transportation through third-party couriers, we prefer not to take risks with fragile items, such as wooden cabinets with glass doors. If we can arrange delivery using our own vehicle, we will gladly assist you.

We maintain more than 85% of our products in stock, with the majority in an unpolished stage to offer customization options.
We kindly request that you share the product name, and we will provide photos from our showroom or warehouse. Additionally, we do not use computer-generated images; all product photographs displayed are of the actual items.

As soon as an order is placed, we begin processing immediately. However, several steps must be completed before the product reaches the customer:
- Re-check for any possible defects.
- Re-finishing, if required.
- Packing.
- Drop test (for fragile products).
- Scheduling product pickup (by us).
- Product is picked up and shipped.
- Product is delivered.
Potential causes of delays include:
- Weather Conditions: During rainy seasons or periods of high humidity, finishing work may not be possible. In some cases, manufacturing is temporarily halted until conditions improve.
- Wood Sensitivity: As a natural material, wood can be affected by climate changes. Rushing production during these times may lead to undesired results, which is why we take the necessary time to ensure quality.
- Shipping Delays: Roadblocks, traffic jams, diversions, human errors, or natural disasters such as floods or earthquakes can cause unforeseen delays in shipping.

Refund & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, the production process begins immediately.
This includes the procurement of raw materials, labor, polishing, supervision, rent, electricity and other expenses. For this reason, the sooner you inform us of any changes or cancellations, the better it is for both parties.

Yes but certain charges may be deducted based on the production stage of the product.
We strongly encourage you to notify us as soon as possible for a smoother process. Please note, no refunds will be processed for custom orders or products with any type of customization.

COVID-19 Info
At Woodsala, we take all necessary precautions to safeguard both our team and our customers.
However, once the product is dispatched from our factory, it passes through multiple hands. For this reason, we recommend sanitizing the packaging box before opening it and also sanitizing the product before use.
The situation is constantly evolving.
At times, everything seems normal but suddenly conditions become challenging. While we strive to serve every customer, there are occasions when circumstances are beyond our control.
The reason for cancellation could be due to government regulations, an unserviceable pincode, or movement restrictions. We do our best to update our shipping system, but sometimes the changes occur too quickly for us to keep up.
