Do you ship overseas?
- Yes, we do! In the B2B space, we offer competitive Ex-Factory pricing, with tax, shipping and packaging costs added separately. For international orders, we recommend bulk quantities to fill a 20ft or 40ft container, optimizing shipping costs.
- However, if needed, we can also arrange shipping to your preferred location for LCL (Less than Container Load) orders. We're flexible to meet your needs!
What's the Tax & Packaging Expenses?
- The standard tax rate is 18% for wooden and metal products. However, for items in the gifting range, it can be reduced to 12%. If your order includes marble or stone, the tax rate may vary.
- We recommend consulting your accountant for accurate classification. As for packaging, we charge an additional 7% on the invoice value before tax, ensuring your products are safely and securely packed.
What's the minimum requirement for B2B Orders?
Currently, we don’t have any minimum order requirements. Feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email or simply share your Purchase Order (PO) for a quick and hassle-free quotation. We’re here to assist you with any inquiries!
I do not want Woodshala to list my design on website nor promote it on Social Media?
Absolutely! If requested at the time of order placement, we will ensure that no photos are taken or shared on our website or social media without your permission. Your privacy and preferences are our priority!
I want to purchase only single quantity of my designs, Can you provide me Wholesale price?
We don’t have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). No matter the quantity or variety, feel free to reach out for the best possible pricing. If the total order value is substantial, we’ll be happy to offer wholesale pricing, even for single pieces of each design. We're committed to providing flexible solutions for all your needs!
Do you provide assembly services?
Most of our products are designed to require no assembly, so you won’t find unnecessary carpenter charges added to your invoice. We believe a local carpenter can handle it at a much lower cost, especially with our detailed manual or video support.
However, if you do need carpenter services from our end, we’re happy to arrange that as well!
Do you provide truck or bulk shipping services at competitive pricing?
Yes, we can secure the best possible quotation for you from multiple vendors, ensuring safe and reliable transportation from point A to point B with proper sealing or e-lock* (subject to vehicle availability). We’ve partnered with trusted companies like Bluedart, Safexpress and several other transport businesses to ensure your goods are delivered securely and on time.
How fast can you do it? If i request?
Our standard timeline is 45 days. It typically takes about 3 to 5 days to begin production, allowing us to address any product-related questions upfront. While we can expedite the process if needed, we generally advise against rushing. Though 45 days may seem long, ensuring accuracy from the start is crucial, as making alterations once a product is completed can be quite challenging. Patience ensures the best quality!
Apart from wooden furniture, what other materials can you work with?
In addition to wood, we also work with marble, plywood and metal. Thanks to our strong network of skilled artisans, we can handle a wide range of handwork with precision and creativity. However, to provide the best possible price, we do require a substantial quantity for these custom orders. This allows us to source materials efficiently and offer you great value for high-quality craftsmanship.
