    Procedure of Pick up by FedEx as Follows:- 

    Step 1:- (Customer) Please share us the product photo / Video and all the necessary details. Along with Packaging box photo.
    Step 2 :- (Woodsala) We will share a Shipping Label (4 - A4 pages) PDF file, if you can print it, as FedEx requires in Printed form. If it cannot be printed, we will send the same via DTDC, India Post, Etc.
    Note:- The shipping label contains all the necessary info, which is required by FedEx.
    Step 3 :- (Customer) Please let us know when the Shipping label and The product Invoice is ready with you in Printed Form. & Please Pack the Product.
    Step 4 :- (Woodsala) We will schedule a pick up via FedEx to pick up the product.
    Step 5 :- (Customer) FedEx will contact & come at your place to pick up the product, Please keep the Shipping label & Invoice Ready and please hand over the same to FedEx.
    Note:- In Some Rare Cases, FedEx may not come to pick up the Product, in that Case, Please let us know & we will Schedule Another Pickup soon, Although we do check the Pickup Status.
    Step 6 :- (Woodsala) We will Track the Shipment and Send the Replacement as soon as Possible.

    Replacement Tracking Details will be Sent via as SMS & E-Mail in same way as Order was First Dispatched
     

    Procedure of Pick up by Bluedart as Follows:- 

    Step 1:- (Customer) Please share us the product photo / Video and all the necessary details. Along with Packaging box photo.
    Step 2 :- (Woodsala) We will Initiate a Return Request from Our End
    Step 3:- Please Pack the Product again.
    Step 4 :- (Customer) Bluedart will contact & come at your place to pick up the product, Please keep the Invoice Ready and please hand over the same to Bluedart.
    Step 5 :- (Woodsala) We will Track the Shipment and Send the Replacement as soon as Possible.
