The only response I received were tracking informations and assurances that the company was sorry for the unavoidable delays; but, further to that I am being informed that I received it 11 days back when I have neither received any phone call nor a message even to the effect that it was ready for delivery. Please pull your act together else people will look to buy elsewhere. Your backend office seems to be a very sloppy one.
Base is not equal it is shaky and moving it cannot stand properly
