For customers, the process is simple—just share a few images and a short video of the damaged product and its packaging box. Once received, we will arrange a doorstep pickup and deliver a new replacement safely and securely.
Our team will inspect the damage and decide on the necessary resolution. If the damage can be repaired locally with the help of a carpenter, we will reimburse the genuine repair expenses. For more severe damages, we will replace the product.

- Some larger items (e.g., beds, wall units, tables) may need minor assembly at your premises for safe transportation.
- Professional assembly services are not included by default, but can be arranged in select locations on request. We also provide guidance so local carpenters can assist at fair costs.
Dispatch & Shipping

The box is beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent. A few rough edges like sharp points of brass inlays can be taken care at your end.

I have put my wax sealing stamps, spoons, beads and burner along with some washi tapes. Sturdy yet not bulky! All this at a great price. I had customized the color to be natural and I'm in love with it. It comes with mounting hooks but I prefer it on my desk at least for now.
