Purchased this item Solid Carved Wooden Temple - SGHWS01067NB in October 2021. There were a couple of issues: 1) The item had a wobbled leg. Although not a major one, but I could fix with the help of a local carpenter. 2) Delivery experience was poor. The courier partner DTDC had sent just one delivery executive (for this heavy item). Luckily I was at home and could help the executive to bring the item inside my room.
The major problem appeared in the month of May 2022 when I observed several cracks in the item. This showed the cheap quality Woodsala provides. See the pics attached here. When I contacted the customer service over WhatsApp, they asked me to send back the item though shipping service so that they can check and repair. When I asked them who is going to pay for the shipping charges, they stopped replying. I guessed the answer was Customer. One should note that shipping such a heavy item will cost a lot. Thus, seller should take complete responsibility in providing good quality material in these cases. I realised that I had no option but to keep the item with me, and repair the item through some local carpenter at my own cost.
It was such a poor experience purchasing from Woodsala that I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
Very good product I am satisfied with the quality of the product. It looks fantastic. The polishing is also very good. It is a great product from woodshala.

The product was good both in terms of looks and quality, but delivery was a hassle. It took them a month to deliver in Maharashtra.
