How We Handle Damage Reports

At Woodsala, we take every damage report very seriously. Our internal team reviews:

What You Need To Do

For customers, the process is simple—just share a few images and a short video of the damaged product and its packaging box. Once received, we will arrange a doorstep pickup and deliver a new replacement safely and securely.

Additional Resolution Options:

Our team will inspect the damage and decide on the necessary resolution. If the damage can be repaired locally with the help of a carpenter, we will reimburse the genuine repair expenses. For more severe damages, we will replace the product.
