COVID-19 Info

Yes, Our factory is open as per Govt. guidelines with the permission of the local authorities. 

We are taking all the necessary precaution & following Industry standard health & safety procedures. 

We at woodshala, Take all the necessary precaution to safeguard our team & our Customer. 

But, when the product is dispatched from our factory, it changes multiple hands & Thats' why we do recommend to sanitize the packaging box before opening it & also before using the product.  

Cash on Delivery

Yes, Upto ₹2,400, We offer Cash on Delivery.

In Case of Delivery orders, It's Known that the Product is first Checked by the customer & then only Paid. But again in case of any unknown event, We will Request for Bank Details & Do the needful after Picking up the Product & Checking Thoroughly as what went wrong?

Customization

It Depends upon the type of requirement, for simple finish/polish change, we do not charge any extra. for writing name (hand carving) No Extra charge. but for size change or totally complicated request or a product manufactured from scratch, we charge customization fees!!

No, Due to Certain regulations and Govt. regulations, Transit Time or Delivery Time will not be accurate but we will Try our best to project best possible Delivery Date. Its Taking of 3 to 8 Days.

The Situation is changing every now and then. For Once, it was normal & then now, its out of the reach. We Want to Serve Each & Every Customer, but sometimes, the conditions are not favorable to us. The Reason, we Cancelled is that Govt. Regulations, Un-Serviceable Pin Code or Restriction on movement. We try our best to Update the Shipping System, but Sometimes the Change is Just too Fast for us to keep up with it!

We Continuously Monitor the Customer Shipments, and If we find any thing which is not normal, A Complaint is Raised from our Behalf, as to why the Shipment is Late.

Other Than Indian Teak wood & few others, We Don't Procure the wood based on Type But on Quality.
We Want to Provide Best Quality Product with our Limited Capabilities for that we do not restrain ourselves in wood Type. 

No, we Don't use MDF or Engineered wood when we have clearly mentioned Natural Solid Wood, if not stated Otherwise.
Except in Case of Upholstery & Plywood supplied with Bed, We Try to use Natural Solid Wood Only. 

Product Specific

We Do Powder Coating which is Most Commonly used in Exports and Far more Durable than normal Paint.

We work with Professional Courier Company who have Decades of Experiences in there respective Field. They Deploy various Checks, methods and use of Machine/Computer to update the Tracking Information on Real Time Basis. In Some Rare case, Error or Fault may Occur, but it can be easily rectified with a Dialogue. 

Delivery time will be based on Individual Product Dispatch time and Courier Company Delivery Time. Normally Average Dispatch time is 7 Days. So,Where the Order will be Delivered Determine the Delivery Time.
