1. Damage During Transit :- We have done countless test to achieve 98% Safe Delivery without any damage. Rest assured when purchasing from Woodsala, As we have got you covered!

But, if the product is found damaged at the time of delivery, Please contact us within 48 Hrs. of delivery Time & Share the necessary photos of the product as well as packaging. Team woodsala will inspect the damage and take the necessary decision to resolve the issue.

If there is a minor damage which can be repaired locally with the help of a carpenter, we will reimburse the expenses or else we will replace the product.

if a mirror or glass breaks in transit or any balancing issue, we request you to replace or repair the same with the help of a local carpenter and we will reimburse the genuine expenses.

2. Manufacturing Defect :- 1 Year manufacturing warranty on furniture products & on the Foam we use in case of upholstery (Please note: Fabric is not covered)

The action requested by me was not taken by Woodsala. I had requested that the box be provided in dark tone. I had also requested that the knob on top of the box not be attached, no hole made and knob be provided seperately. None of these was undertaken, despite the acknowledgement of the same. Response to e mails is also poor. There is no contact number to communicate with customer service

Woven Low Stool

I ordered the small 8 drawer table-top chest of drawers.

I asked for customization. I wanted 6 drawers, not 8, with the bottom 2 being twice as deep. The chest is not fancy woodwork. It has simple construction. But it is as it looks in the pictures. It seems sturdy. The drawers all work (and a bit better with wax added to tracks).

I am completely satisfied with the product. It is what it claims to be. My special order was respected. And it is what I want. It looks fine.

[In case you are interested, I am using this for sewing supplies: A deep drawer for theads; a deep drawer for pin cushions and miscellaneous stuff; a shallow drawer for bobbins; a drawer for cutting tools; a drawer for needles and the like; and I don't remember the last one :).]
