Refund Policy

We Take Pride in Our Quality & to Ensure it, we have a Strict System of Checking the Product from it’s Initial Stage to its Final Packing and Shipping Stage. Even After Multi Level of Checking, Error May Occur. To Remedy This Type of Outcome, we Provide 2 Types of Refund based on Time.

  • Express Refund: - if 24 Hours have not elapsed, after Receiving the Product.
  • Standard Refund: - After 24 Hours have Elapsed.

Note: - We are Unable to Offer Manufacturing Defects Refunds After 7 Days on the Products Received by you. If you want to Avail the Services Even After 7 Days, Please Write to us at Sales@woodsala.com and State your Reason for the Same. The Final Decision Lies with us in the Matter.

Express Refund Process: -

  1. Send us Product Photos and Kindly Please Describe the Manufacturing Defect or what was Wrong with the Product?
  2. After Careful Examination of your Request we will Initiate the Refund Process within 3 to 7 Business Days. (Time May Vary Based on Case to Case Basis)
  3. Our Logistics Partner Will Pick up the Product.
  4. We will Examine the Product and do the Needful.
  5. If Approved, The Refund Amount will be Transferred within 1-3 Business Days.

Standard Refund Process: - It is Same as Express Refund Process, but it takes More time. And We May Even Ask Question Like Why the Problem or Defect or Anything Else, was not worth Communicating within 24 hours to us.

Note: - The Refund Amount will be Subject to Certain Conditions Based on Time, Place, Product, Value, Tax, compulsory Charges, Etc. at The Sole Discretion of Us.

We May not Refund: -

  • 2% Transaction Charge.
  • Shipping Charges
  • Tax on Shipping Charge
  • Other Permanent Charges
  • Charges for Handling & Re-Finish
