We Want to Provide Best Quality Product with our Limited Capabilities for that we do not restrain ourselves in wood Type.
No, we Don't use MDF or Engineered wood when we have clearly mentioned Natural Solid Wood, if not stated Otherwise.
Except in Case of Upholstery & Plywood supplied with Bed, We Try to use Natural Solid Wood Only.
We Do Sheesham wood Furniture but in very limited Space. as a result of which in case of Customised products, We Use Teak wood Or Selected Solid Wood Only.
We use Lacquer, Beeswax, etc. on wood for Natural Wooden Finish & For Darker Side of the wooden finish, we Apply Wood Stain in Different Colors.
We Do Powder Coating which is Most Commonly used in Exports and Far more Durable than normal Paint.
The Price is Inclusive of Tax (G.S.T), Packing & Shipping (If Your Pin Code is serviceable by FedEx) Please Note:- Certain Pin Code may Attract Additional Fees, reason being "Out of Delivery Area Charges"

In Some Rare case, Error or Fault may Occur, but it can be easily rectified with a Dialogue.

But, when the product is dispatched from our factory, it changes multiple hands & Thats' why we do recommend to sanitize the packaging box before opening it & also before using the product.
The Situation is changing every now and then. For Once, it was normal & then now, its out of the reach. We Want to Serve Each & Every Customer, but sometimes, the conditions are not favorable to us. The Reason, we Cancelled is that Govt. Regulations, Un-Serviceable Pin Code or Restriction on movement. We try our best to Update the Shipping System, but Sometimes the Change is Just too Fast for us to keep up with it!

Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery option for order's upto ₹5,000. If you want to avail COD on more than ₹5,000, Please contact us & we will do the needful by requiring ₹500 or 20% as Order Confirmation & Remaining shall be COD.

As of now, we don't have any system of charging an order confirmation in our website. As a result of which, Please contact us & We will create your order from our side & Will request you to deposit ₹500 or 20% as Order Confirmation Amount based on case to case basis.
Refund & Cancellation
After Order Placement, the Work is Started on the Product. The Raw Material, Labor, Polish, Supervision, Rent, Electricity, Etc. Expenses are Started. That's Why The Sooner Message is Conveyed, The Better it is for both of us.
No & They are inclusive of our pricing which is 20% to 35% based on product to product.
Yes, But Certain Charges will be Deducted based on Product Production Line Status. It will be Good for us and You as a Customer, if you Convey us as Soon as Possible. No Refund will be processed in Custom Order or Product having any type of Customization!
